This is a robust machine that operates on compressed air and 220V—plug and play! Ideally suited for filling small batches. Even a very small compressor is sufficient to operate this machine, and one can be supplied if required.

The filling machine is equipped with a 500ml cylinder, enabling a maximum fill of 500ml per cycle. For larger volumes, multiple cycles can be run sequentially. The minimum fill per cycle is 50ml, so all volumes between 50ml and 500ml can be dispensed in one stroke.

It features a large 25L hopper; optionally, a connection can be made to an IBC or a 200L drum for even higher throughput when handling large batches. The machine offers both a foot pedal and an automatic mode. In automatic mode, the machine fills continuously, making it easy and fast to fill larger quantities. The foot pedal offers manual operation for filling at your own pace.

Depending on the operator and fill volume, the output can be 15–25 units per minute, making this a very fast machine. Weighing approximately 15–20kg, it can be easily placed on a table. The unit is constructed entirely from stainless steel, ensuring a very high standard of quality.
