The universally applicable LAS 28 XLe laser marking system from Systemtechnik Hölzer GmbH can be used for a broad range of marking applications. With its integrated fiber laser, you can mark almost any material, such as steel, carbide, aluminum, and plastics.

Depending on your requirements, the system can be equipped with a 20, 30, or 50-watt fiber laser. For permanent marking, laser technology has become indispensable in many industries.

The powerful laser software enables you to create texts, numbers, 2D codes, QR codes, and logos with just a few clicks, without extensive programming knowledge. Serial and part numbers can be automatically incremented by the software once previously set. In addition, the software can read data (variable information, such as drawing numbers, project names, etc.) from existing tables and automatically transfer it to predefined areas. The use of a handheld scanner is also possible.

Standard equipment includes an integrated PC with a Windows operating system and laser software. Optionally, the LAS 28 XLe can be fitted with a rotary axis (3-jaw chuck) for marking cylindrical parts. Additional options, such as side-mounted arms for long workpieces, motorized Z-axis, drawer systems, etc., are also available.
