The genius 700 marks a new era in die-sinking EDM for you. High traverse speeds and reduced auxiliary times ensure exceptionally fast processing of your orders. The ratio of table size to travel path is unique in this class, allowing for optimal table utilization.

Within its category, this machine offers by far the greatest dielectric fluid height above the table. Adjusting the dielectric in the infinitely variable tank is quick and easy.

The machine features a high degree of rigidity thanks to preloaded linear guides. The moment of inertia of the C-axis is comparatively high at 0.6 kg / m². It is also equipped with a high-precision measuring system. Even demanding EDM processes can be executed economically and with maximum precision using the genius 700. The 'on-the-fly' filter change prevents downtime, while the central lubrication system reduces maintenance times. The genius 700 can be connected from two sides, allowing for flexible positioning. The height-adjustable control panel is ergonomically designed and enables operation even when seated.
