General
The twin spindle drive ensures smooth and central pulling as well as a constant broaching speed. The machine is primarily designed for the production of keyways up to 20mm (from 16mm groove tools only with stepped tool shanks). Thanks to its design, the machine is quick and easy to set up for broaching with flat broaching tools for keyway cutting. Through the universally designed drawbridge and machine table, both profile and flat broaching tools can be used. Profile broaching can be carried out without additional broaching heads, using simple centering bushings.
Broaching tools and mandrels suitable for the machine are available upon request.
