Additional modifications / optimizations compared to the original machine have been carried out:

- External stroke adjustment
- New, cross-machine reproducible tool length adjustment system
- Additional limit switches for end position monitoring
- Machine safety door with monitoring (in emergency stop circuit)
- Machine paneling below the safety door with chip protection and tool storage area
- Electrical sensing of the clamping jaws (tool removal control to prevent unintentional return of the drawbridge)
- Coolant swivel system with controlled solenoid valve during the swiveling process (for activating coolant before starting the broach stroke » optical lubrication flow inspection, no dry cutting!)
- Routing of electrical cables in steel protective ducts
- Heavy-duty control cabinet mounting for accommodating machine components
- Additional oil-tight tray on the control cabinet
- 3-sided splash guard cabin (w = 960 x d = 450 x h = 590 mm)
- Reinforced chip screen with magnetic separator
- Control panel made of stainless steel with permanent labeling
- 4 central lubrication points for the trapezoidal spindle drive

Remarks:
The machine has been fully overhauled; the machine body is completely refurbished. All wear parts have been replaced.
- New trapezoidal spindles and spindle nuts made of cast wear-resistant bronze
- All bearings and seals have been renewed
- The coolant system (pump, solenoid valve, and drain valve), including coolant/lubricant swivel system, is new
- The clamping jaws are new
- The complete electrical system (control cabinet) is new
- All sheet metal and panels are new
- The following components have been overhauled and reused:
- Machine base
- Machine stand
- Machine table with table inserts
- Drawbridge (clamping jaws are new)
- Gear wheels
- Electric motor (with new brake, new bearings)

The machine is in our warehouse and can be inspected under power.

The machine is CE marked.
This "CE" corresponds to the state of 1998 (first overhaul).
