Remarks:
The machine has been completely overhauled, the machine body has been fully refurbished. The following wear parts have been replaced:
- New trapezoidal spindles and spindle nuts made of cast, wear-resistant bronze
- All bearings and seals have been renewed
The coolant system (pump, check valve, and drain valve) including coolant/lubricant swiveling system is new
- Coolant supply is controlled by a solenoid valve, switchable via the swiveling system
- The drawbridge, clamping jaws, and rack segments are new
- A deactivatable clamping jaw monitoring has been installed (additional safety for operator & tool breakage)
- Safety door with interlock, signal indicator, and door lock
- The tool length setting system has been relocated outside the machine enclosure
- Additional end position limit switches have been installed
- Complete electrical system (control cabinet) is new
- No PLC installed, machine is electrically maintenance-friendly
- New drive motor (by SEW Germany) with brake
- Machine has been newly painted with 2-component structural paint

The twin spindle drive ensures smooth and central pulling force as well as constant broaching speed (broaching speed selectable at 3m/min or 6m/min).
Due to its design, the machine is quick and easy to set up for broaching with flat broaching tools for keyway slots.
Thanks to the universally designed drawbridge and machine table, broaching with profile and flat broaching tools is possible without the use of additional pull heads.
