Line Composition and Equipment

- WEINIG GRECON HS 120 finger jointing machine – year of manufacture: 2018
- Complete process line including a brush-type automatic infeed, two throughfeed moulders, automatic glue application station, pre-press station for jointed elements, and a press with a pressing length of 6.5 meters.

Automatic Infeed System – ABB Robotic Cell
- ABB IRB 6640 four-axis industrial robot providing automatic loading of wooden elements with a maximum length up to 600 mm. The system is equipped with two pallet positions, enabling continuous, alternating operation of the line without downtimes. Year of robotic cell manufacture: 2021.

Automatic Glue Supply System
- Automatic glue suction and delivery system to the finger jointing machine from a 1,000-litre IBC container. Integrated automatic agitator ensures consistent glue application quality and uninterrupted production.

Post-Press Handling – FAMAD Scissor Lift
- FAMAD DBNA-40T DUO scissor lift installed at the press outlet, dedicated to receiving battens after jointing. Automatic height adjustment. Working table dimensions: 6.0 m x 1.3 m.
