The environmentally friendly CNC servo press brakes from WEINBRENNER, WPS series, represent a significant improvement over previous standard hydraulic machines.

Up to 60% energy savings and higher angle accuracy.

The tool holder system is compatible with AMADA, as are the tools.
The rigidity of the press is optimized by the closed frame construction.
To compensate for deflection, the press is equipped with a motorized, CNC-controlled table crowning system (WILA).

Equipment / Standard accessories:

- CNC control unit "ESA S875-2D". This enables easy graphical programming of products. At the push of a button, the control calculates the bending sequence and all axis positions (including collision warning), 15" TFT color display touchscreen, USB interface, network capability, tool library for 50 punches and dies each. Graphical 2D programming, 2D display during operation, up to 4 axes + auxiliary functions.
- Heights and side-adjustable arm in 2 axes for ergonomic and convenient CNC operation.
- Segmented upper tool, Amada system, made in Italy, material C 50 (HRC 50-52), induction hardened and ground at work surfaces. Load capacity: 100 t/m. Standard supply: Segmentation: 2 x 835 mm, left and right horn of 100 mm each, rest in smaller segments. Height 66.6 mm.
- Lower tool / 4-way prism block CroMo 4, ground 60x60 mm, standard V-openings: 16 - 22 - 35 - 50 mm
- 2-axis backgauge "X - R", AC servo motors, travel range: X = 0 mm, R = 160 mm, positioning accuracy +/- 0.03 mm, travel speed: 330 mm/sec. Includes three laterally adjustable stop fingers.
