This automatic stretch wrapper with turntable independently applies the film to the pallet and cuts it off after the wrapping cycle—unlike the KVK 3, which requires manual intervention. Wrapping can conveniently be started via remote control, eliminating the need to dismount from the forklift or bend down to attach the film to the pallet.

It is also equipped with a pre-stretch system offering 250% stretch. With this, you can turn 1 meter of roll film into up to 3.5 meters of film on the pallet, significantly reducing material consumption. Additionally, this system applies minimal film tension, ensuring even lightweight goods are not pulled off the turntable.

Weighing 700 kg, this model is highly stable and designed to handle loads of up to 2,000 kg. The KVK 3 Automatic features a 1,650 mm turntable and can, as standard, wrap pallets up to 2,400 mm in height.

Adjustable speeds for both the turntable and film carriage, as well as a power stretch unit controllable via potentiometer, allow you to perfectly adapt the automated wrapping process to your product. Automatic pallet detection (via photocell) comes as standard, as do adjustable top and bottom wraps. Wrapping programs include "up only", "up & down" (cross-wrapping), and weather-tight wrapping. Manual operation is also possible if required.

Should you need to use the wrapper at another location, it can easily be lifted and moved with a forklift via integrated slots.

Options: In addition to a suitable ramp and a photocell for detecting dark goods or black film, the KVK 3 Automatic can optionally be configured for greater wrapping heights (up to 3,200 mm).

This model is our clear recommendation if you are wrapping very light goods or regularly need to wrap more than approx. 30 pallets a day, with automatic film application and cutting.
