Our KVK 3 Automatic is a 2022 demonstration unit. This automatic stretch wrapper with turntable independently applies the film to the pallet and cuts it off after the wrapping cycle, unlike the KVK 3 which requires manual application. Wrapping can also be conveniently started via remote control – no need to get off the forklift truck, and no more bending down to attach the film to the pallet.

It is also equipped with a pre-stretch system for 250% film stretch. With this pre-stretch system, you can turn 1 metre of film on the roll into up to 3.5 metres of film on the pallet, drastically reducing your material consumption. Additionally, this system creates only minimal application tension, preventing light goods from being pulled off the turntable.

With a weight of 700 kg, this model is very stable and designed for loads of up to 2,000 kg. The KVK 3 Automatic comes standard with a 1,650 mm turntable and can wrap pallets up to 2,400 mm in height.

With adjustable speeds for the turntable and film carriage, and a power-stretch unit that can be controlled via potentiometer, you can perfectly adapt the automated wrapping to your product. Automatic pallet detection (via photocell) is just as standard as adjustable top and bottom wraps. You have programs for 'up only' wrapping, 'up & down' (cross wrapping), and 'weatherproof' wrapping. If required, manual operation of the wrapper is also possible.

If the wrapper needs to be used at another location, it can be easily lifted and moved using a forklift thanks to integrated slots.

Options: In addition to a suitable access ramp and a photocell for detecting dark goods or black film, the KVK 3 Automatic can optionally be supplied with increased wrapping height (up to 3,200 mm).

This model is our clear recommendation if you are wrapping very light goods or stretch wrapping more than approx. 30 pallets per day, and require automatic film application and cutting each cycle.
