Our Profiline TP is a semi-automatic stretch wrapper that ensures consistently uniform results with up to 32 programmable settings, providing reliable exclusion of the “human factor.”

The electromagnetic brake allows the film tension to be precisely set and stored in each step (bottom wraps, upward wrapping, top wraps, downward wrapping) for each program.

Within the program settings, you can also define the speeds of the film carriage and the turntable. Furthermore, top wraps, bottom wraps, and film overlapping at the end of the pallet can be stored for each program. This enables you to store custom programs for each packing scheme, achieving optimal wrapping results. Programs can be password-protected, so the operator can only select from pre-set programs.

With a weight of 420 kg, this model is designed for loads up to 1,200 kg.

Our Profiline TP features a 1,650 mm turntable and can wrap pallets up to 2,500 mm high as standard. Automatic pallet detection (via photocell) is just as standard as adjustable top and bottom wraps. If you need to relocate the wrapper temporarily, it can easily be moved by forklift using the integrated cut-outs.
