Our Profiline TP is a semi-automatic stretch wrapper that guarantees absolutely consistent results with up to 32 programmable memory slots, providing reliable elimination of the “human factor”.

Thanks to the electromagnetic brake, the film tension can be precisely set and stored in the programs for each wrapping phase (bottom wraps, up-wrapping, top wraps, and down-wrapping).

Within the programs, you can also set the speed of both the film carriage and the turntable. In addition, top wraps, bottom wraps, and film overlap at the end of the pallet can be stored for each program. This allows you to save individualized programs for every packaging scheme to achieve consistently perfect wrapping results. Programs can be password protected, ensuring operators can only select from authorized settings.

With a weight of 420 kg, this model is designed for loads up to 1,200 kg.

Our Profiline TP features a 1650 mm turntable and can wrap pallets up to 2,500 mm in height as standard. Automatic pallet detection (via photocell) is standard, as are adjustable top and bottom wrapping cycles. If the wrapper needs to be relocated, it can be easily lifted and moved with a forklift using the integrated cut-outs.
