Our ProfilineLP is a semi-automatic stretch wrapper that, with up to 32 programmable settings, guarantees consistently repeatable results—eliminating the “human factor” in the process.

Space-saving like a pallet wrapper with a horseshoe turntable and as robust as a fully enclosed system—these are the key advantages of this machine!
The electromagnetic brake allows the film tension to be precisely programmed and stored for each process step (bottom wrapping, ascend wrapping / top wrapping / descend wrapping) within the individual programs.
Within the programs, you can also set the speed of both the film carriage and the turntable. Additionally, top wraps, bottom wraps, and the film overlap at the end of the pallet can be individually stored for every program. This enables you to create specialized programs for each packing scheme to ensure optimal wrapping results every time. The programs can be password-protected, so the user can only select from preconfigured settings.

With a weight of 500 kg, this model is designed for loads up to 1,200 kg. Our Profiline LP features a 1,650 mm turntable and can wrap pallets up to 2,500 mm in height as standard. Automatic pallet detection via photocell comes as standard, as do adjustable top and bottom wraps.
