About this model: Our "Basic" pallet wrapper is a semi-automatic stretch wrapper manufactured in Europe, which guarantees consistently uniform results with up to 10 programmable settings, ensuring that the "human factor" is fully excluded. The electromagnetic brake allows you to adjust the film tension to your requirements, which is saved in each program. Additionally, you can adjust the speed of both the film carriage and the turntable within the programs. Top and bottom wraps can also be configured and stored for every program. This way, you can set up individualized programs for every packing pattern, ensuring optimal wrapping results at all times. Weighing 260 kg, this model is suitable for loads up to 1200 kg. Our Basic pallet wrapper features a 1500 mm turntable and is standard-equipped to wrap pallets up to 2000 mm in height. Automatic pallet detection (via photocell) comes as standard, as do adjustable top and bottom wraps. If the wrapper needs to be relocated, it can be easily lifted and moved using a forklift thanks to integrated cut-outs. This model is our recommendation if you are looking for a reliable and affordable pallet wrapper that can be tailored to your requirements.
