Description:

Rigid steel construction for high machine stability. Workpieces are conveyed on a sliding transport chain with plastic plates. Top pressure is equipped with two rows of rubber-coated rollers. Manual adjustment of top pressure, with automatic positioning of the units according to the changed workpiece thickness. Mechanical digital display of panel thickness. PLC for on/off control of the motor and the glue pot. Glue pot with standby temperature function. Start/stop function for all motors. End trimming unit for 3 mm edge banding rolls. Support plate for roll material up to 800 mm diameter. Centralized dust extraction. Roller track as workpiece support along the entire machine. Protective cover over all processing units. End Trimming Unit
With 1 saw blade for trimming the front and rear edge overhang at 90°, flush with the workpiece. If required, trimming for front and rear overhangs can be triggered individually.

Flush Trimming Unit
With 2 motors for milling a radius or chamfer on top, bottom, and/or the front edge. Vertical and horizontal motor adjustment on hardened steel guide rails with ball bearings. Three manually adjustable positions for different edge thicknesses. Motor is not tiltable. Unit complete with WIDIA cutting tools 2/3 mm. 2 motors, each 0.55 kW, 12,000 rpm. Diamond tools: 68 mm Z6, R=2.
