The BRL 1200 automatic polishing machine is a modern and high-performance unit, specifically designed for polishing flat surfaces coated with polyester high-gloss finishes or polyurethane-based two-component lacquers, among others.

The machine structure is built from robust metal and features a wooden worktable with a usable area of 1200 x 3000 mm, a working height of 900 mm, and a maximum workpiece thickness capacity of up to 200 mm.

The polishing system consists of 6 sponge pads with orbital rotation, each featuring individual pad rotation. The machine's reciprocating movement is speed-adjustable via potentiometer.

The unit is mounted on a sturdy, welded steel frame, providing high stability and ensuring a high-quality gloss finish in short cycle times.

Vertical and horizontal movements are performed on ball bearing linear guides and carriages, controlled by inverter, while the pad lifting speed is fixed.
