Overview

This automatic fish filleting machine, type: Varlet 1258, was manufactured in 2020 in France. The Varlet skinning machine was developed for fully automatic skinning of fish fillets (e.g., thick-skinned fillets, fresh salmon, smoked salmon, fresh trout, smoked trout). The V1258 is an easy-to-use, industrial, single-lane automatic skinner. It is mounted on a wheeled frame and comes with a discharge conveyor. The V1258 was specifically designed for firm-fleshed fish, such as trout or salmon, and can skin both fresh (water) and smoked (air) fillets. The V1258 is equipped with a notch thickness adjustment system. Minimal space requirements are achieved as the discharge conveyor is replaced by a tiltable chute, which can be removed without tools for collecting products in boxes. Finally, this automatic machine increases user safety.
