The standard frame of the container washing system is made of stainless steel – AISI 304 (optionally, the frame can be made, for example, from AISI 316 steel).

Equipment
The IBC washing system is equipped with a dual workstation. It is possible to wash the inside of the IBC container semi-automatically (using a lowered head) and, optionally, to wash the exterior of the container manually (with a wash gun).

Workstation
The machine is fitted with a system for dosing two types of chemicals into the process and a tank with a heating system for maintaining the water temperature.
The workstation features a turntable that enables more thorough exterior cleaning of the container, as well as an automatic scale to facilitate rinsing.

Installation
The wash container is equipped with adjustable feet for setting the machine height. The customer must provide a location with connections for utilities such as cold/hot water, compressed air, and wastewater drainage.

Base with turntable and tilting function
The washing station is fitted with a movable base that allows cleaning of the container exterior from any side. During exterior rinsing, the base rotates under the force of the water jet directed at the container. The rotation can be locked using a dedicated brake.
