Accessories / Special features:

• The machine was completely overhauled in 1998 and upgraded with a SIEMENS PLC S7-300 control. All motors replaced, workpiece drive and grinding head feed fitted with servomotor drives. Complete new electrical system as well as critical hydraulic components. Modern control panel with pushbuttons and interface retrofitted.
• Automatic grinding cycle for traverse and plunge grinding. All grinding parameters are entered digitally via the SIEMENS OP 77A input panel; for the infeed axis, an electronic handwheel is integrated.
• MPM microprocessor-controlled wheel balancing unit AB300SM3.C with balancing head on flange and BM240M operating module mounted on the control panel (retrofitted 2019)
• Infinitely variable workpiece drive speeds with digital display
• Dressing device mounted on tailstock
• 3 open steady rests
• Separate electrical cabinet, separate hydraulic unit, accessories, operating manuals

Condition : very good – the machine was comprehensively serviced and inspected twice a year. Will be available for demonstration under power shortly.
