Accessories / Special equipment:

• This machine is designed for the production of carbide rods, round or profiled, via extrusion of heated and vacuumed carbide powder.
• The entire extrusion assembly with working cylinder is swiveling, allowing extruded workpieces (carbide profile rods) to be easily placed onto corresponding collection trays. These rest on a transport device that can be moved longitudinally and transversely by a stepper motor and partially adjusted in height.
• The entire process can be pre-set and monitored via a conventional MITSUBISHI control unit, Type A 1SJHCPU. Mobile control cabinet with display devices for heating temperature, angle setting, vacuum pressure, and pressure stages.
• 4 heating circuits: 1x for nozzle, 3x for material cylinder
• Material cut-off unit
• Vacuum pump for creating a vacuum in the material area to prevent cracks and air pockets. Various other accessories included.
