We offer a complete, industrial pre-planing line for wooden components, manufactured in 2021 by TECH TOM (Poland).

The line has been designed as an integrated production system enabling efficient and continuous processing of wooden elements, including quality grading as well as thickness and width sizing.

The technological layout covers the entire process:
• Material loading from pallets
• Two-spindle pre-planing
• Four-sided planing
• Automatic turning of components
• Quality grading
• Cross-cutting and trimming
• Stacking and storage on Euro-pallets

The line is equipped with an advanced system of conveyors, scissor lifts, and sorting stations to ensure high workplace ergonomics and smooth production flow.

Thanks to the use of spike-chain conveyors guiding the wooden elements, the system provides stable material transport and consistent processing parameters.

Additional advantages include:
• one spare four-sided planer
• one spare chain conveyor
• roller conveyor warehouse for Euro-pallets, 170 m long
• extended loading ramp (6 rows of 12 m each)

This line is ideal for plants producing:
• Glued laminated components
• Strips
• Semi-finished products for panels and countertops

• Solid wood structural elements

The system is an industrial solution, ready to operate in high-volume production facilities.

The line has been operating in a production facility.
Production testing can be arranged during a visit.

The line comprises:

• 5 belt conveyors with horizontal magazine, 800 mm length
• 5 STG-4 double-spindle planers (top/bottom) with spike-chain feed for wooden components
• 6 STG-4 four-sided planers (1 spare). Four-sided spindles top, bottom, left, right. Feed and guiding via spike-chain conveyor
• 6 chain conveyors with magazine (1 spare) for resizing elements in width and thickness
• 5 inter-planer conveyors for automatic flipping of components (top/bottom)
• Take-off belt conveyor for wooden components from planers, 25 m long, with a sorting table for classifying elements. The table is equipped with a linear laser for centering wooden components
• 10 workstations for grading and sorting wooden components by class and defects, as well as for thin, side, and end cutting
• 11 auxiliary tables for sorting
• 22 scissor lifts for Euro-pallets (1300 × 900 mm)
• 5 scissor lifts at STG-4 double-spindle planers (1800 × 1600 mm)
• 2 circular saws with rail-guided trolley for cross-cutting and trimming
• Loading ramp – pallets with wooden components for planing: 6 rows of roller conveyors, 12 m each, 1800 mm wide
• Roller conveyor warehouse for Euro-pallets – 170 m long, 900 mm wide

The offered machine/device is sold on EXW terms (PL – 38-120 Czudec) as per Incoterms 2020.
