A) Composition of the preliminary planing line:

• Heavy-duty roller conveyors up to 12,000 mm x 1,800 mm for transporting and storing pallets with dry wooden elements prepared for preliminary planing
• Scissor lifts with 1,200 kg lifting capacity, platform dimensions: 1,800 mm x 1,600 mm, for elevating pallets with wooden elements so the operator can comfortably feed the planer magazine with wooden pieces
• Belt feed units with horizontal magazine conveyors, each 800 mm in length, 5 units. Each magazine can be loaded with elements up to a max width of 110 mm, max length of 600 mm, and max thickness of 100 mm
• STG-2 planer – 5 units – double-spindle: top and bottom spindles, feed and guiding of the wooden element on a spiked chain
• STG-4 planer – 6 units (1 as spare) – four-spindle: four-sided planing (top, bottom, right, left spindles), feed and guidance of the wooden element on a spiked chain
• Infeed conveyors between planers for automatic transfer of wooden elements from the first planer, automatic flip (top/bottom), and automatic loading of elements into the four-spindle planer – 5 units
• Chain conveyors with magazine – 6 units (1 as spare) – for processing the so-called remanufactured elements (thickness and width reductions). These conveyors are installed at the infeed of the STG-4 planer
• Outfeed belt conveyor from planers with a total length of 25 meters, equipped with a sorting table (counter style), for sorting wood elements by quality class. The stainless-steel table (520 mm wide x 13,500 mm long) is equipped with a linear laser for central alignment of wooden elements
• 10 workstations for sorting elements by quality class and defects, as well as for processing edge and end trims
• Auxiliary tables for sorting and temporary storage of remanufactured elements – 11 units, 1,500 mm x 400 mm
• Scissor lifts for Euro pallets (1,300 mm x 900 mm), 22 units, 600 kg lifting capacity each
