The bottles, which are selected by a screw, are then guided onto the rotating carousel by a star wheel.

First station: Disgorging: The bottles are first gripped by the neck and then the bodies of the bottles are guided further along the inclined feed path. Each bottle carrier is equipped with an adjustable disgorging system and a thumb mechanism to prevent wine loss.

Second station: Partial extraction, up to 6 centiliters (upright bottle).

Third station: Dosing of the stoppered bottle, positioned at a 60° angle, with dosing control above and below.

Fourth station: Topping up (upright bottles) with wine using a small, pneumatically regulated pump to ensure optimal filling.

Durably and robustly built, with a frame and housing made of high-quality stainless steel. The upper part is made of transparent polycarbonate.

Base machine suitable for handling 0.75-liter, 0.375-liter, Magnum (1.5-liter) sparkling wine bottles, and—upon request—special bottle formats.
