PCB panels of a wide range of materials are separated with high product flexibility, precision, and throughput using low-dust, low-stress sawing and milling techniques. High-dynamic linear motor axes, tools, and grippers meet the highest quality standards, guaranteeing the depaneling system exceptional durability and reliability. Made in Germany Semi-Automatic Depaneling – Tailored Solutions The LOW 4322 depaneling machine allows rapid product changeover while maintaining short depaneling and handling times. PCB panel loading is achieved with a parallel shuttle; clamping and fixation are implemented with pin clamping technology and, when required, combined with vacuum suction cups.
