The dynamic depaneling machine LOW 4322 is specifically designed for medium to high product volumes, meeting increasing demands in the production process. PCB panels of a wide range of materials are separated with high product flexibility, precision, and throughput using low-dust, low-stress sawing and milling techniques. High-dynamic linear motor axes, tools, and grippers meet the highest quality standards, guaranteeing the depaneling system exceptional durability and reliability.

Semi-Automatic Depaneling – Tailored Solutions
The LOW 4322 depaneling machine allows rapid product changeover while maintaining short depaneling and handling times. PCB panel loading is achieved with a parallel shuttle; clamping and fixation are implemented with pin clamping technology and, when required, combined with vacuum suction cups.

This machine is equipped with:
• A shaft and disc tool separation module on the Z-axis (automatically rotatable 0-90°)
• X-Y cross-feed module featuring linear motor technology with high-resolution measuring system
• Dual loading module designed as a parallel shuttle, separated left and right with sliding doors
• Aluminum profile frame with two maintenance doors – left and right
• Standard vision system base module for teach-in programming (camera area 400 x 330 mm)
• Work area of 420 x 330 mm
• Automatic milling cutter length management (only in conjunction with shaft separation module)

The high performance of the depaneling system, with its standard saw or milling module, fully automatic cutter length management, vision-assisted teach-in camera system, and two individually loaded PCB fixtures, can be expanded with numerous customer-specific adaptations and equipment options (e.g., camera vision system). Precision laser axis calibration prior to commissioning is part of the personalized customer service for all inline and stand-alone depaneling systems from Systemtechnik Hölzer.
