The universally applicable laser marking system LAS 28 from Systemtechnik Hölzer GmbH is suitable for a wide range of marking applications. The integrated fiber laser allows you to mark almost all materials, such as steel, carbide, aluminum, and plastics.
Depending on your requirements, the system can be equipped with a 20, 30, or 50 Watt fiber laser. Laser marking is necessary in many industries for permanent labeling.
The powerful laser software makes it possible to create texts, numbers, 2D codes, QR codes, and logos with just a few clicks, even without extensive programming knowledge. The software can automatically increment serial and article numbers after initial setup. In addition, the software can extract data (variable information such as drawing numbers, project names, etc.) from existing tables and automatically transfer them to predefined fields. The use of a hand scanner is also possible.
Standard equipment includes a laptop with mounting bracket and Windows operating system. Optionally, the LAS 28 laser model can be equipped with a rotary axis (3-jaw chuck) for marking cylindrical parts. Additional options, such as side extensions for marking long parts, are also available.
