The baler has been partially overhauled. Piston rods and seal kits for the two main hydraulic cylinders have been replaced, and general maintenance such as oil and filter changes has been carried out. Following these overhaul works, the machine was tested.

For loading, the press is equipped with a hydraulic tipping device for emptying mesh box containers at an HGV loading ramp. For example, the machine can be operated at a truck ramp with the tipping device. Employees can roll paper in a mesh trolley to the tipping device and then hydraulically tip it into the baler.

Alternatively, the machine can also be loaded from the side via the large feed/storage hopper using a forklift or wheel loader. Conveyor belt feeding could also be implemented.

The machine documentation is available in German. Inspection is possible by appointment at our workshop.
