This machine is a real workhorse—reliable and consistent. It is perfectly suited for the production of complex prototypes, functional prototypes, as well as series manufacturing of end-use parts. The Fortus performs excellently in your company's maintenance department, producing fixtures, production aids, assembly jigs, spare parts, and more.

The machine is from 2018 and is maintained in very good condition. The printer features a build volume of 356 x 305 x 305 mm and supports the following layer thicknesses (each layer height requires a dedicated nozzle diameter to ensure consistently high print quality):
- 0.127 mm nozzle T10,
- 0.178 mm nozzle T12,
- 0.254 mm nozzle T16,
- 0.330 mm nozzle T20.

Additionally, the printer is equipped with a vacuum table, filament drying system, and a fully actively-heated build chamber up to 140°C, providing a stable and repeatable printing process with engineering materials. The printer processes thermoplastics and allows dual printing of model and support materials in one cycle. One of the advantages is the ability to use soluble support materials, which can be easily and quickly removed using the dedicated SCA3600 washing unit included with the machine.
