Operates like a classic manual bender, but is powered, highly precise and programmable. Includes manual or programmable CNC back gauge (1, 2, or 3 meters).

The bending angles and back gauge positions are digitally programmable and can be stored in bending programs.

Standard tooling setup uses simple bending pins. A driver bends the material around these pins. These tools can be easily manufactured by the customer themselves.
In addition to standard bending pins, we (or our customers) also manufacture tools for other profiles.

Possible applications: Bending sheet metal, flat steel, round steel, various profiles, frames, etc.
It is also possible to attach bending jaws, which allow bending of very small radii (similar to a manual bending device).
