Product Description:
We are offering a new, fully automatic carton erector, optimized for the production of shipping cartons. The system processes blanks efficiently and reliably – from the pallet to the finished, erected carton.

System Features:
• Operation:
• Blanks are provided in the pallet magazine and automatically destacked.
• Blanks are moved to the intermediate magazine and further processed as needed.
• During transfer to the folding station, the blank is applied with hot melt adhesive.
• In the folding unit, the carton is automatically folded and erected.
• The finished carton is handed over to the discharge conveyor system.
