The KSF-2/4 cross mullion milling machine is successfully used worldwide. Our customers appreciate the precision, robustness and the broad range of applications of this proven machine. The milling of the cross mullion is accomplished in one operation by an upper and a lower milling unit, while the recessing is carried out by a third milling unit. Once the workpiece has been inserted, it is clamped automatically at the press of a button, the cross mullion joint is milled and the workpiece can be processed further using an additional front grooving unit (the fourth unit). This allows for completely tear-free cross mullions to be produced on the visible side, especially for previously profiled glazing bars. The high fitting accuracy of all cross mullions manufactured with our KSF-2/4 cross mullion milling machine is thus guaranteed.
