The base model of the FLS technology is the FLS ECO 120 multi-rip saw. This saw is particularly suited for small and medium-sized operations focused on various types of wood processing, as well as for processing non-wood materials. The single-blade FLS ECO 120 saw significantly increases work efficiency and material yield (by 10-15%), and can process cants, planks, beams, and large-format panels. Input materials can be edged, ripped, cut to size, and used for the production of blanks and slats. The maximum cutting height is 120 mm, optionally up to 160 mm. The saw can be operated by a single worker.

The machine meets strict occupational safety requirements in accordance with relevant EU regulations and directives.

Infinitely adjustable feed and blade elevation ensure clean cuts and high cutting performance. Blade changeover is quick and, most importantly, safe thanks to the "ProLock" quick-clamping system. The saw carriage is equipped with guide and lateral rollers to guarantee optimal guidance of the floating cutting unit, ensuring vibration-free cutting. Top pressure rollers and an adjustable wooden fence firmly secure the material during cutting and eliminate unwanted movement.

FLS technology is unique due to its fast and easy setup via ergonomically placed controls with a touch panel. Cutting width values can be set manually or via the basic "Absolut" program, as well as with optional "Chain" and "Optim" programs. The cutting path is displayed on the workpiece by a laser beam, and then the longitudinal cutting is performed by the sliding saw blade.

The FLS saw can be used to cut cants, beams, planks, and large-format materials. Input materials can be edged, ripped, formatted, tilted and miter cut, grooved, or used for the production of blanks and slats. It is ideal for manufacturers of edge-glued panels, solid wood furniture, or staircases. The machine can also process non-wood materials, such as PUR/PIR panels, plastics, sandwich panels, aluminum, or cement-bonded particle boards.
