Robust and durable steel construction. Maintenance-free servo drive for the bending, feed, and rotation axes. The touch display controller allows for easy and intuitive programming and operation of the machine. After the tube is inserted, it is fixed by the chuck in the carriage, ensuring precise tube positioning and highly accurate geometry production. Standard features also include pre-bending geometry control: if the bend is initiated at the wrong position, the system blocks the process, thereby preventing operator errors. Optional additional features increase convenience, output, and overall system efficiency.
Data exchange with the optional TBS-3D tube calculation software (PC version) is via USB stick or network. Existing tube geometries can be imported with the software.
