BAEM-2 is a co-extruder with filling (equipped with two hoppers - a third hopper can also be installed to allow a two-color filling) and is a multifunctional system for the professional production of products such as dumplings, filled dumplings, cookies, filled cookies, meatballs, meat sticks, burgers, as well as confectionery items (candies, cakes, strudel, pralines, etc.).

It can produce a wide variety of round or elongated products, with or without filling. The weight, dough-to-filling ratio, and the size of the product can be continually adjusted.
