Automatic machine for the production of PVC tarpaulin covers for tent halls – sold for parts.

Italian-made tarpaulin welding machine by SolarEdge Automation Machines, manufactured in 2021.

The machine was only lightly used for the production of PVC covers for tent halls.

Machine specifications:
- Material: PVC with a weight of 450 g/m²,
- Material data: max. width – 3250 mm,
min. width – 285 mm,
max. roll weight – 1000 kg,
max. outer diameter – 600 mm,
- PVC or PE keder cords, 4/5/7 mm diameter,
- Minimum product length: 1500 mm,
- Minimum final product width: 800 mm,
- Power supply: 400V,

The machine welds the surface of two materials from rolls, trims them to the required width, and seals the keder cord along the sides of the material.

The machine includes:
- 2 material feeders with automatic material alignment,
- Cutting knives for trimming the material to the required width,
- Welding module for joining two sheets of material,
- Modules for heat-sealing the keder tape on the material’s sides,
- Keder cord feeding and welding module with automatic tension regulation,
- Encoder for product length control,
- Knife for cutting the product to the set length.

Welding of materials is carried out using high-performance Leister air heaters.

The machine features:
1. Heaters and blowers by Leister,
2. Controls, electrical components, and safety systems by Omron and Siemens,
3. Drives and gearboxes by Seipee and Nidec,
4. Pneumatics by Festo and SMC,
5. HIKVISION vision system,
6. HIWIN linear rails and carriages.
