Brief overview of the dispatch line and the application area of the offered item:
The dispatch line was used for pallet shipping, i.e., boxes were erected (SOCO ATS 2300 + 2200) and sealed at the bottom to be packed on the main dispatch line. The finished packages were then top-sealed by a carton sealer (SOCOT-4200) and transferred to a labeler (LOGOPAK LOGOMATIK 415-T). After the Logomatik scanner confirmed the packages as error-free, they were passed on to the palletizing robot (SOCO PRS-LRS-1218-H3) to produce a pallet packed according to our specifications. Our video shows the entire dispatch line in operation.

The item offered here is one of the two SOCO ATS machines that erect and seal the boxes before passing them on to the main conveyor (highlighted in the blue circle on the layout diagram).

Performs erection and bottom sealing of boxes with adhesive tape—the box is then ready to be filled.
