aprašymas
Overview
These 8 isobaric pressure tanks (each 500 hl), manufactured in 2005 by Sirio Aliberti, originate from the wine industry and were previously used for sparkling wine production. With an operating pressure of up to 6 bar and full insulation, the tanks are well suited for the fermentation, maturation, and storage of carbonated beverages, including beer, sparkling wine, and similar products. The tanks are constructed from carbon steel with a food-grade epoxy coating on the inside, combined with polyurethane insulation and a stainless steel outer cladding. This construction method represents a traditional and cost-effective alternative to stainless steel tanks, which became standard in later years. Thanks to their large volume and isobaric capabilities, these tanks are particularly suitable for high-throughput production environments. As with all epoxy-coated vessels, regular inspection and renewal of the internal coating are required depending on operating conditions.
