Automatic strand extruder for producing granulate-based raw material with the option of blending additives (such as colorants, stabilizers, etc.).

Equipped with a 100 mm diameter screw featuring a 32:1 L/D ratio with a barrier zone, a hydraulically operated screen changer for continuous operation, and a 1000 mm wide die head (wide-slit die).

Supplied with a cooling roller and cutting unit for solidifying the produced film and cutting the film into strips of the desired width.

Hot-air stretching chamber positioned between slow and fast rolling sections allows for up to 15-fold elongation of the film strips.

A needle-type fibrillation unit provides surface fibrillation of the stretched film yarns.

The finished fibrillated film yarns are wound onto bobbins by an automatic take-up stand consisting of 16 units with automatic yarn tension control.
