The Syncrolift is a new electric twin-column positioner with a horizontal, permanent rotational axis and height adjustment, ideally suited for welding, assembly, and maintenance work.

The workpiece positioner is designed for safe handling of heavy components and ensures the best working position for the operator at all times, thanks to the smoothly synchronized height adjustment.

The manipulator features two axes and four movements:

- Lifting
- Lowering
- Rotating left
- Rotating right

Due to its special construction, the column positioner can process very large components. Taller columns (+500/+1000/+1500 mm) for handling larger workpieces are available. Optional equipment: double-sided lifting drive, rail system in 2 m segments, wireless handheld control, TCS program control, etc.

Thanks to the movable columns, the length of different workpieces can range from 1 meter up to over 20 meters.

Depending on the weight and size of the component, positioners are available with load capacities ranging from max. 2,500 kg up to max. 40,000 kg.
