GENERAL FEATURES
CNC-controlled boring and milling center, in C-frame design and working table with adjustable workpiece supports and vacuum cups, for performing:
- Vertical drilling on the surface of the panel
- Horizontal drilling on all four sides of the workpiece

Self-supporting structure and working table
Structure made of a steel welded construction with the control cabinet integrated into the machine frame. Available in two different lengths and with standard workpiece supports or TV supports.
Movable unit carrier
Box construction made of cold-rolled steel with internal reinforcing ribs, protective devices with bumpers.
Working unit
Consisting of a drilling head with vertical spindles, horizontal spindles, an integrated slotting and sawing unit and an SCM electrospindle with tool quick-change system type HSK 63 F.
Travel paths of the portal and the unit carrier
Movement in the X, Y and Z axis takes place on linear prismatic ball-bearing guides with the aid of pre-tensioned linear guides. The power transmission of the X-axis (movable stand) takes place via a pre-tensioned, backlash-free rack and pinion drive with diagonal movement. The movement of the unit carrier in Y and Z direction takes place via pre-tensioned linear guides. The positioning of the working units and the control of the machine functions takes place via "Brushless" three-phase servomotors and digital drives.

The control unit consists of a numerical control for the milling and drilling machines and a pre-connected personal computer with a graphical user interface "XILOG PLUS".
