SCM IDM LEVEL HD

IDM Level HD is an industrial single-sided edge banding center designed for edge processing in standard furniture production.

The HD model belongs to the machines with a more robust construction and is suitable where stable edge quality is required at higher feed speeds.

This machine enables complete processing of the workpiece in a single pass operation – from pre-milling, gluing to the final edge finishing. Thanks to the modular arrangement of the working units, the machine can process ABS/PVC edges as well as veneer.

The machine is used, fully cleaned, checked, and ready for installation.

Technical equipment of the machine:

- Pre-milling unit – 2 counter-rotating motors, levelling the leading panel edge before edging
- Gluing unit – EVA glue pot, electronic temperature control
- Pressure zone – main pressure roller + subsequent pressure rollers
- End trimming saws – 2 motors, clean trimming of edge faces
- Upper and lower milling units – contour copying, precise trimming of ABS/PVC edges
- Front corner rounding unit – radius machining of panel corners
- Rear corner rounding unit – final corner finishing at the outfeed
- Radius scrapers – final smoothing of the edge radius
- Flat scrapers – finishing the edge surface

- Complete extraction system – connection for all working units
- Pneumatic pressure and adjustment – workpiece stability and precise regulation
- Manual fine adjustment – readout dials and micrometric adjustments for precision settings
