The machine was purchased in 2018, operated until 2020, then set aside and preserved as a backup unit after acquiring another CNC machine.

DESCRIPTION:
We offer a manual lathe Bezinger TLI 10, designed for the production of wedding rings and specialized applications. The machine utilizes diamond tools for precise machining and a perfect polish of rings. It is capable of highly accurate machining of the inner, lateral, and outer surfaces of rings, including radii.

Special separated fixtures allow for the independent execution of tasks without the need for modifications or tool changes.
- A unique feature of the lathe is vacuum chip extraction via a hose for a vacuum cleaner (vacuum cleaner not included in the offer)
- In addition to fixtures for working with gold, the machine also includes specific tooling for manufacturing platinum rings.
- The sales package includes sets of clamps for internal chucking of bars and tubes in 4 different widths. Each set contains 40 clamp sizes.
