These lines are particularly well-suited for the manufacture of lightweight laminated panels. Each line features a material feed system (conveyor), cutting system, profiling unit, and an electronic control system. The overall length of the line is approx. 20.0 m, width 2.6 m, and height 3.0 m. The total weight of each line is about 4.5 t.

The recommended material for the inner layers is flame-retardant polystyrene or other lightweight insulating materials. Steel sheet is laminated to the polystyrene by applying adhesive portions to both sides of the polystyrene under controlled pressure and heat, ensuring a strong, stable bond.

The resulting panels possess excellent physical properties including thermal and acoustic insulation, moisture resistance, bending and compressive strength, as well as overall mechanical durability.

Panel length is fully adjustable to customer requirements.
