EXTREMELY ROBUST
Fully-painted, heavy-gauge reinforced steel frame. The feed belt is synchronized and managed by the same motor as the feed rollers. Exclusive system with dual, robust upper and lower traction. Upper feed unit with 3 toothed drive wheels and 6 idle (3 pairs) top pressure wheels. The raising and lowering of the toothed rollers is controlled directly via CNC.

TECHNOLOGICALLY INNOVATIVE
Electronic system consisting of a PC connected in real time to a state-of-the-art CNC. Windows-based software. Complete with 5-grade selection management. 22” LED color display. Remote diagnostics via internet. Includes Excel Macro.

FAST
Optimizes in both fast and full modes, retaining remarkable machine compactness. Feed driven by 18 Nm Brushless electronic motor. Saw motor power: 7.5 HP (5.5 kW). Eight neutral rollers located under the feed belt.

RELIABLE AND SAFE
Two steel marking tables. Freestanding electrical cabinet, separate from the machine. Independent pneumatic adjustments for adapting to different production types. Internal lighting.
