Toleranties Na demontage worden de toleranties van alle stalen componenten gemeten en waar nodig opnieuw gelast. Dit geldt ten minste voor de volgende onderdelen: • Presschuif, • Frame, • Perskanaal, • Voorpersklep Na demontage en inspectie wordt de presschuif opnieuw opgelast en voorzien van nieuwe schuifwielen. De beschermroosters en de voorpersklep worden deukvrij gemaakt en waar nodig gerepareerd. Opnieuw gespoten Na het meten van de toleranties en eventuele reparatie- en laswerkzaamheden, worden alle componenten gestraald en opnieuw gecoat. Hydrauliek: De hydrauliektank wordt gereinigd. De hydrauliekleidingen en slangen worden vervangen. De hydraulische componenten worden opnieuw voorzien van pakkingen. De hydrauliekolie wordt ververst.
