A heavy-duty RSA cutting unit model NC2001 equipped with:

- Bundle loader, approx. size 600 x 600 mm, useful length approx. 6,200 mm, and max. bundle weight 3,000 kg.
- Dual feed rollers
- Heavy-duty cutting motor and gearbox, with a 5.5 kW motor; cutting motor speed: 30–250 rpm
- CNC up/down movement for precision cutting (latest version, WITHOUT hydraulic system)
- Hydraulic regulation in clamping units
- 1 fully automatic adjustable length control with CNC stop

A RASAPLAN 1000 deburring unit with:
- Automatic length adjustment based on cutting length
- Synchronized chain conveyor
- Integrated dust extraction unit
