Compact large precision CNC rotary indexing table with controller. Suitable for single-part or small-batch production in mechanical engineering. Can be configured for horizontal or vertical operation.

The indexing table is particularly suitable as a 4th axis on engraving and milling machines for milling, engraving, laser processing, drilling, keyway cutting or for use on tool or surface grinding machines. Square, hexagonal, and gear milling of any pitch or 3D machining are possible.

Extremely precise and accurate – the worm gear is designed with a high reduction ratio of 100:1, specially engineered by us and not a standard type.

Output torque well over 70 Nm. Maximum clamping diameter is 250 mm.
Center height: 125 mm.

The drive is via a controlled stepper motor with 200 steps, rated at 7.5 A, with a holding torque of 9.7 Nm.
Possible adjustable indexing accuracy at the output: 0.00028125 degrees with 1/64 step programming.

The worm gear set is fourfold ball-bearing mounted, backlash-free and adjustable. Bearings are from FAG/SKF.

The one-piece robust drive spindle is equipped with a 200 mm faceplate with MK 3 internal taper and a through-hole of 20.3 mm.

The electronic controller is supplied as a compact module with 14 travel programs and 2 reference point runs as well as step monitoring with power supply included in the package. Toolbox module is made of metal.

The optimized pre-programming enables positioning/incremental indexing angles of 360, 180, 120, 90, 72, 60, 45, 30, 10, 5, 1, 0.02, and 0 degrees.

Repeat cycles, clockwise and counterclockwise travel, and cycle pauses are fully programmable.

With the software, you can program travel routines and cycles, enter absolute or incremental positioning values. The actual position value can be comfortably displayed in the software at any time. A single output port allows you to exclusively receive start pulses from the NC machine. Complex scale divisions, cross-drillings or gears can be produced quickly.

Standard clamping devices are available for your applications, and we also offer the ability to manufacture special clamping fixtures quickly and cost-effectively. Custom rotary table solutions are also available on request.
