Compact high-precision CNC rotary indexing table with controller. Suitable for single-piece or small-series production in mechanical engineering applications. Can be mounted horizontally or vertically.

This indexing table is particularly suitable as a 4th axis on engraving and milling machines for milling, engraving, laser processing, drilling, slotting, or for use on tool or surface grinding machines. Square, hexagonal, and gear milling of any pitch, as well as 3D machining, are possible.

Extremely precise and accurate – the worm gear features a specially designed 100:1 reduction (not standard).

Output torque well above 70 Nm. The maximum clamping diameter is 250 mm.
Center height: 125 mm.

Drive is via a 200-step controlled stepper motor (7.5 A) with a holding torque of 9.7 Nm.
Adjustable indexing accuracy at the output: 0.00028125 degrees with 1/64 step programming.

The worm gearset is quadruple ball bearing mounted and backlash-free, with adjustable preload. Bearings by FAG/SKF.

The one-piece, robust output spindle is equipped with a 200 mm face plate with MT3 taper and a through-hole of 20.3 mm. Weight: 26 kg.

Production of key flats, complex graduations, cross-holes, or gears is quick and efficient.

Included in the package: electronic controller module with 14 positioning programs and 2 reference runs, step monitoring, and power supply. The toolbox module is made of metal.

Optimized preset increments: 360, 180, 120, 90, 72, 60, 45, 30, 10, 5, 1, 0.02, 0 degrees (incremental positioning).

Repeat cycles, clockwise/counterclockwise operation, and cycle pauses are fully programmable.

With the software, you can program movement sequences and cycles, set absolute or incremental movements. The actual position value can be conveniently displayed at any time. A control output allows you to receive start impulses from the NC machine. Key flats, complex graduations, cross-holes or gears are produced swiftly.

Standard clamping devices are available for your applications; custom fixtures can be supplied quickly and cost-effectively. Custom rotary table solutions are available on request.
