Use of a photoelectric cell
The use of a photoelectric cell in the workpiece area allows you to measure the length of the workpiece, giving you the capability to activate the spray guns only when the object is within range, and to deactivate the guns immediately after processing is complete. The photoelectric cell is included in the standard equipment package.
Identification of parts using special tags.
A plate with identification holes is placed over the hanger. Based on this, the PLC, together with the photoelectric cell, identifies the coated part, activates or deactivates the guns at the correct time, thereby reducing energy and powder consumption.
Vertical detection of workpiece features.
By using light barriers with horizontal sensors, the PLC can analyze the vertical shape of the workpiece. The PLC calculates the timing for when the part is due to appear in the gun area, allowing for selective activation or deactivation of the guns.
Use of light barriers with multiple horizontal and vertical sensors.
This solution enables precise measurement of the dimensions of the workpiece, allowing manipulators to be adjusted as well.

The main advantages of using photoelectric cells or light barriers are energy and powder savings. It eliminates coating zones without workpieces. By using light barriers, precise gun control is achieved. Our lines can optionally be equipped with photoelectric cells or light barriers.
