The machine will be completely overhauled in our facility according to customer requirements. Among others, the following components will be renewed:

- Replacement of pneumatic feed and ball screw
- Replacement of servomotor and servo drive
- Replacement of frequency converter for main saw drive
- New electronic components
- New pneumatic lines
- Servicing/replacement of all pneumatic cylinders and valve terminals
- Optimization of extraction system
- Servicing of central and minimal lubrication systems
- Replacement of general wear parts
- Overhaul of machine bed

The machine is additionally equipped with:
- Minimal lubrication for superior cutting quality

Thanks to its features and design, the machine is suitable for high-volume cutting of steel within close tolerances.

Warranty:
Unless otherwise agreed, we offer a 6-month warranty on all parts overhauled or replaced by us. Labor and wear parts are excluded from the warranty.
