The semi-automatic capping machine RLC1 is suitable for packaging glass bottles with 26 or 29mm crown caps. The capping unit can be used for crown caps with a diameter of 26 or 29mm. If both sizes are required, an additional capping unit is supplied.

The crown cap head is made of hardened steel and remains wear-resistant, even over time. The guide rail positions the crown caps correctly; its specific shape is custom-made for crown caps from stainless steel 304. The rail can hold a small number of caps, which are manually loaded.

The capping unit retrieves the crown caps from the rail and inserts them into the closing cone.

In compliance with EU regulations, the capping process starts by simultaneously pressing two buttons. After positioning the bottle in the holder, the capping process begins automatically: the capping unit lowers onto the bottle, seals the crown cap, and then returns automatically.
