The H3000TM series universal testing machine is a single-column unit featuring a robust construction of aluminium and V2A stainless steel, with ball screw drives, linear ball bearings, and timing belt drive.
The bellows cover provides protection for spindles and bearings.
The device is microprocessor controlled, equipped with a membrane keypad. Position and force are displayed on a two-line LCD display. The testing machine can be used either in standalone mode or connected to a PC via a USB interface.
Position measurement is carried out using an encoder, with a visible LCD resolution of 0.01 mm (internal resolution: 0.0001 mm).
Supplied with a standard load cell offering 0.03% linearity and matching calibration. Optionally, a second channel for an additional load cell or displacement transducer can be added.
The universal testing machine is available with two different travel ranges: 500 mm or 1200 mm (measured with load cell, without test fixtures).

Scope of delivery:
One load cell of your choice (50N, 100N, 200N, 500N, 1000N, 2000N, or 3000N), certificate, 220 V cable, USB cable, instruction manual, and CE declaration of conformity.
